I am a highly experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for providing top-class support to busy professionals. With over 20 years of expertise in EA and PA roles, including 17 years specifically in the legal sector and more recently in manufacturing and Fintech, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table.
I am based in Solihull, West Midlands, but the joy of being a virtual assistant means I can support you from anywhere!
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working for various national and international law firms in roles such as EA to CEO, Business Support Manager and Legal PA. This extensive experience has allowed me to develop a diverse skill set and deep understanding of the unique demands and challenges faced by business owners, exposure to a vast client base and the ability to adapt to different work environments.
I am well-versed in handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and integrity in all aspects of my work.
In addition to my legal background, I have also gained valuable experience in HR and operations, further enhancing my already diverse skill set and making me a versatile and unique option as a virtual assistant.
Whether it's orchestrating high-level board meetings, meticulously coordinating large-scale award ceremonies and conferences for up to 300 attendees, efficiently managing a professional membership portal, providing support with business operations or overseeing a dynamic team of 20 PAs and admins while juggling complex diary and email management - variety and the wearing of many hats is my specialism!
About Elite EA
Where did the name "Elite EA" come from?
Growing up, my parents created the family business, Elite Windows Limited. They built the business based on trust and a commitment to quality customer service. Watching them run their business instilled in me the values of work ethic, integrity and customer service. Their business came from word-of-mouth recommendations - a testament to their exceptional reputation in the industry.
When the time came for me to establish my own business, I wanted a name that would reflect the qualities and values I learnt from them, so it seemed only fitting to follow in the family footsteps and incorporate "Elite" into my business name. Just like my parents' business, my aim is to build long-lasting relationships with my clients based on trust and the highest level of service.
